  • What is memorable information?

    Your memorable information provides you with an extra layer of security which helps prevent anyone else from signing into your account. You will have been asked to set this up when you logged in to Internet Banking for the first time.

  • How do I log on with my memorable information?

    Every time you log on to Internet Banking you’ll be asked to enter 3 randomly chosen characters from your memorable information. If your memorable information is “Example123”, character 2 would be x, character 8 would be 1. For more help with memorable information, see the log on / log out section of our demo.

  • Is my memorable information the same as my password?

    No. Your memorable information should be different from your password. This is to ensure that your account stays as secure as possible. If you forget your memorable information, click 'Having trouble logging in?' and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • What can I do if I forget my password or memorable information?

    On the Internet Banking logon page click 'Forgotten your logon details?‘ and follow the on-screen instructions.
